  • Ottawa South - Richmond - Metcalfe

Rain, at times heavy, is expected.

Hazards:
Additional amounts of 30 to 50 mm is expected.
Total rainfall amounts of 50 to 150 mm may lead to water ponding on roadways and localized flooding in low-lying areas.

Now through tonight.

Discussion:
Rain will continue intermittently today before coming to an end late tonight. Some locales have already received more than 100 mm from yesterday.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance.
