Wave height forecasts for Labrador issued by Environment Canada at
6:00 a.m. NDT Friday 19 April 2024 for today tonight and Saturday.
The next scheduled forecast will be issued at 6:00 p.m. NDT.

Forecast values are combined wind wave and swell heights. Highest
waves may be more than twice forecast values. Wave heights may vary
considerably due to shoreline and depth effects.

South Labrador Coast.
Outside the ice edge seas 1 to 2 metres subsiding to 1 or less this
afternoon then building to 1 to 2 Saturday morning. Seas building to
2 to 3 Saturday evening.

Mid Labrador Coast.
Outside the ice edge seas 1 to 2 metres.

North Labrador Coast.
Mainly ice covered.

South Labrador Sea
Northwest Labrador Sea.
Outside the ice edge seas 2 to 3 metres subsiding to 1 to 2 this
afternoon then building to 2 to 3 Saturday morning. Seas building to
3 to 5 Saturday afternoon.

East Labrador Sea.
Seas 2 to 3 metres subsiding to 1 to 2 late overnight then building
to 2 to 3 Saturday afternoon. Seas building to 3 to 5 Saturday
evening.

    • Select the link to rename
    • Click on the "Rename" button and change the link name
    • Click the enter or tab key
    • Click on the "Close" button to save the change
  • Keyboard navigation
    • Use the Tab key to move to a button or link
    • Use the Enter key to click on buttons or links
    • Organize shortcuts navigation
      • Use the ↑ Up key to select the link above. If none are selected, it will select the first link.
      • Use the ↓ Down key to select the link below. If none are selected, it will select the last link.
      • Use the Page Up key to move a selection up in the list.
      • Use the Page Down key to move a selection down in the list.
  • Restore default list

    Warning: Clicking on the button below will remove all your customized links.
