Wind southwest 20 knots increasing to southwest 30 near noon then
 diminishing to southwest 20 this evening. Wind diminishing to light
 near midnight then becoming northwest 15 near noon Thursday. Wind
 diminishing to light Thursday evening. Showers and fog patches this
 afternoon tonight and Thursday.

Rankin.
Wind west 15 knots backing to southwest 20 near noon then increasing
 to southwest 30 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to west 15 late
 overnight and to light Thursday morning. Wind becoming northeast 15
 Thursday evening. Scattered showers and fog patches Thursday.

Arviat.
Wind light increasing to south 15 knots this afternoon and to south
 20 early this evening. Wind veering to southwest 15 Thursday morning
 then diminishing to light Thursday afternoon. Showers and fog
 patches Thursday.

Churchill.
Wind light increasing to south 20 knots early this evening then
 veering to southwest 15 Thursday morning. Wind diminishing to light
 Thursday evening. Showers Thursday. Fog patches dissipating late

Coats.
Wind light increasing to southwest 15 knots this morning and to
 southwest 25 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to variable 15
 Thursday morning then becoming east 15 Thursday evening. Showers and
 fog patches Thursday.

Central.
Wind northeast 15 knots diminishing to light this morning then
 increasing to southwest 15 this afternoon. Wind increasing to
 southwest 25 this evening then diminishing to light Thursday
 evening. Showers and fog patches Thursday afternoon and evening.

South-Central Hudson - eastern half.
Wind north 15 knots diminishing to light near noon then increasing to
 southwest 15 Thursday morning. Wind increasing to southwest 20 near
 noon Thursday then backing to south 25 Thursday evening. Scattered
 showers and fog patches Thursday evening. Temperatures near plus 1.

Puvirnituq - northern half.
Wind north 15 knots diminishing to light early this morning then
 becoming north 15 near noon. Wind diminishing to light this evening
 then becoming southwest 15 Thursday morning. Wind diminishing to

Puvirnituq - southern half.
Wind light becoming northwest 15 knots early this evening then
 diminishing to light late overnight. Wind becoming southwest 15 near

Belcher.
Wind northwest 15 knots diminishing to light early this morning then
 becoming northwest 15 near noon. Wind diminishing to light late

James Bay.
Wind light increasing to northwest 15 knots this morning and to
