Lake Melville.
Wind variable 10 to 15 knots increasing to north 25 near noon then
 diminishing to north 15 to 20 Thursday afternoon. Wind diminishing
 to light Thursday evening. Rain beginning early this morning
 changing to snow this afternoon and ending near noon Thursday.
 Visibility 1 mile or less in snow. High today plus 4. Low tonight
 minus 2. High Thursday plus 1.

South Labrador Coast.
Wind south 30 knots diminishing to south 15 to 20 this morning and to
 variable 10 to 15 this afternoon. Wind increasing to northeast 15 to
 20 this evening and to northeast 25 late overnight. Wind backing to
 north 30 Thursday morning. Rain becoming snow or rain this
 afternoon. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.

Mid Labrador Coast.
Wind northwest 25 knots except southwest 25 over southern sections
 early this morning. Wind increasing to north 30 near noon then
 backing to northwest 25 Thursday morning. Wind diminishing to
 northwest 15 to 20 Thursday evening. Rain or snow beginning this
 morning becoming snow this afternoon then snow over southern
 sections Thursday. Visibility 1 mile or less in snow. Temperatures
 near minus 3.

North Labrador Coast.
Gale warning in effect.
Wind northwest 25 knots except northwest 35 over northern sections
 early this morning. Wind diminishing to variable 10 to 15 this
 evening then increasing to south 15 to 20 Thursday morning. Risk of
 freezing spray today and early this evening. Temperatures minus 8 to
 minus 2.

South Labrador Sea.
Wind north 25 knots except southwest 25 over southeastern sections
 this morning. Wind north 25 tonight and Thursday. Rain or snow.
 Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation. Temperatures near zero.

Northwest Labrador Sea.
Gale warning in effect.
Freezing spray warning in effect.
Wind northwest 35 knots diminishing to northwest 25 this afternoon
 and to variable 15 to 20 this evening. Wind variable 15 to 20
 Thursday. Over open water freezing spray over western sections today
 and this evening. Temperatures minus 8 to zero.

East Labrador Sea - northern half.
Wind southwest 15 to 20 knots increasing to northwest 30 near noon
 then diminishing to northwest 15 to 20 this evening. Wind
 diminishing to northwest 10 to 15 late overnight. Wind northwest 10
 to 15 Thursday. Snow or rain ending this morning. Temperatures
 plus 2 falling to minus 3 this afternoon.

East Labrador Sea - southern half.
Wind south 30 knots veering to southwest 25 this morning then
 diminishing to variable 15 this afternoon. Wind increasing to
 northwest 20 this evening then veering to north 25 late overnight.
 Wind north 25 Thursday. Snow or rain ending near noon Thursday.
 Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.
