Storm warning in effect.
Wind west 50 to 60 knots diminishing to west 30 to 40 this morning
 and to west 20 to 30 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to west 10 to
 20 this evening and to light Thursday morning. Showers early this
 morning changing to flurries and ending near noon. Fog banks forming
 overnight and dissipating Thursday morning. Visibility as low as 1
 mile in precipitation and 1 mile or less in fog banks. High today

Tadoussac to Pointe à Michel.

Wind westerly 30 to 40 knots except west 60 near the mouth of the
 Saguenay River. Wind becoming westerly 25 to 35 this morning except
 west 40 near the mouth of the Saguenay River. Wind becoming
 northwest 15 to 25 this afternoon then becoming northwest 15 near
 midnight. Wind diminishing to light Thursday morning. Showers ending
 this morning. Visibility as low as 1 mile in showers.

Pointe à Michel to Pointe-des-Monts.
Gale warning in effect.
Wind west 20 to 30 knots increasing to west 30 to 40 early this
 morning then diminishing to west 20 to 30 late this afternoon. Wind
 diminishing to northwest 10 to 20 near midnight and to light
 Thursday morning. Wind becoming southwest 10 to 15 Thursday
 afternoon. Showers ending near noon. Fog banks dissipating early
 this morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in fog banks and as low as 1
 mile in showers. Temperatures plus 8 falling to zero overnight.

Wind southeasterly 10 to 20 knots increasing to westerly 30 to 40
 early this morning then diminishing to northwest 20 to 30 this
 evening. Wind diminishing to northwest 15 to 20 Thursday morning
 then backing to southwest 15 Thursday afternoon. Showers this
 morning. Flurries or showers this afternoon. Fog banks dissipating
 early this morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in fog banks and as
 low as 1 mile in precipitation. Temperatures plus 5 falling to zero
 overnight.

Pointe-des-Monts to Anticosti - southern half.
Storm warning in effect.
Wind west 20 to 30 knots increasing to westerly 40 to 50 early this
 morning then diminishing to northwest 30 to 40 this evening. Wind
 diminishing to northwest 15 to 25 Thursday morning then becoming
 southwest 15 Thursday evening. Showers or flurries ending this
 evening. Risk of thunderstorms early this morning. Visibility as low
 as 1 mile in precipitation. Temperatures plus 7 falling to zero
 overnight.
