Strong wind warning in effect.
Wind southwest 20 knots increasing to southwest 30 early this morning
 then veering to northwest 25 this afternoon. Wind diminishing to
 northwest 15 Thursday morning and to light near noon Thursday. Wind
 becoming southwest 15 Thursday afternoon. Showers ending this
 morning with a risk of thunderstorms.

 light Thursday afternoon. Showers ending near noon.

Gulf - Magdalen - northeastern half.
Storm warning in effect.
Wind south 30 to 35 knots veering to west 35 this afternoon then
 increasing to northwest 45 to 50 this evening. Wind diminishing to
 northwest 35 Thursday morning and to northwest 25 Thursday
 afternoon. Showers changing to flurries this evening and ending
 Thursday morning. Visibility as low as 1 mile in flurries.

Gulf - Magdalen - southwestern half.
Gale warning in effect.
Wind south 30 knots increasing to west 35 this afternoon then veering
 to northwest 30 to 35 this evening. Wind diminishing to northwest 20

Wind south 25 to 30 knots increasing to west 35 near noon then

Anticosti - southwestern half.

Wind south 25 to 30 knots increasing to northwest 50 near noon with
 gusts to 60 in the Honguedo Strait. Wind diminishing to northwest 40
 this evening with gusts to 50 in the Honguedo Strait. Wind
 diminishing to northwest 30 Thursday morning and to northwest 15
 Thursday evening. Periods of rain changing to flurries this
 afternoon and ending near midnight. Visibility as low as 1 mile in
 flurries.
