Rivière-du-Loup.

At 3:00 a.m. EST today ridge located on a line north-south over
northern Ontario.
By 7:00 p.m. EST Monday ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over Lake Saint-Jean.

At 3:00 a.m. EST today intensifying low 1011 mb located north of
Cape Hatteras.
By 7:00 p.m. EST Monday low 955 mb located over eastern
Newfoundland.
