East Scotian Slope.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday trough located from Anticosti Island to
Laurentian Fan.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:12 PM ADT 15 June 2026 A trough of low pressure over New England will move eastward acrossthe district tonight and Tuesday. Strong to gale force southeasterly
winds ahead of the trough will shift to generally moderate to strong
westerlies over most waters in the wake of the trough.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait - northern half and Gulf-Magdalen - northeastern half.
