By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing trough located east of Funk
Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today trough located over western Newfoundland.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday trough located over the Grand Banks.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday approaching low located over New England.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:56 AM NDT 8 August 2022 A trough of low pressure approaching from the Labrador Sea will swing
across northern waters today before departing to the east tonight.
Strong west to southwesterlies ahead of the trough will shift to
strong to gale force northwesterlies as it passes, and then diminish
to moderate northwesterlies as the feature moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.
