Issued 3:00 AM NST 27 November 2022 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 968 mb located over the southwestern
Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday departing low 978 mb located east of the
Marine District.

By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday approaching low 988 mb located southwest
of the Maritimes.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Maritimes.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday ridge located on a line north-south over
Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:50 AM NST 27 November 2022 An intense low pressure system over the Southwestern Grand Banks will
continue to track to the southeast today to lie east of the marine
district by this afternoon. Gale to storm force east to
northeasterlies will shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies
from west to east today.

Another low pressure system will approach from the southwest on
Monday. Strong to gale force southeast to southwesterlies are
expected south of the low as it tracks northeastward over
Southeastern Newfoundland.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Northern Grand Banks and Southeastern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are
in effect for Southwest Coast, East Coast, Funk Island Bank, and
Southwestern Grand Banks.
