Issued 3:30 PM NDT 10 August 2022 Tonight and Thursday At 3:30 p.m. NDT today low 1009 mb located over the northern
Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday departing low 1011 mb located east of
the Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over the Great Northern Peninsula.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over eastern Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:21 PM NDT 10 August 2022 A low pressure system over eastern sections of the Northern Grand
Banks will move east of the district tonight. Strong to gale force
northeasterlies are expected just north of the low, while strong
southwesterlies are expected to its south.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
Northern Grand Banks.
