Issued 3:00 AM NST 14 January 2025 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 965 mb located east of Funk Island Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. NST today departing low 967 mb located northeast of
Funk Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located from the Torngat Mountains
to the Maritimes.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Wednesday ridge located from Labrador to the
Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight deepening low 1001 mb located over
Laurentian Fan.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Wednesday low 985 mb located east of the Grand
Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:52 AM NST 14 January 2025 An intense low pressure system east of Funk Island Bank will move
northeastward into the North Atlantic this morning. Strong to gale
force north to northwesterlies over most waters will slowly diminish
today as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Belle Isle Bank.
