Issued 3:30 PM NDT 14 September 2026 Tonight and Tuesday At 3:30 p.m. NDT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over Cabot Strait.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Tuesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over Funk Island Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT Tuesday ridge located over southern Quebec.
By 3:00 a.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located over Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:27 PM NDT 14 September 2026 A trough of low pressure over the Cabot Strait will continue tracking
eastward across the marine district throughout the forecast period.
Strong to gale force south to southwesterlies ahead of the trough
will shift to strong northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Funk Island Bank, and
Northern Grand Banks.
