the Gaspe Peninsula.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday trough located on a line
northwest-southeast over western Newfoundland.

At 3:30 p.m. NDT today ridge located on a line north-south over
Newfoundland.
By 3:30 p.m. NDT Wednesday ridge located on a line north-south
over the eastern Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:23 PM NDT 8 October 2024 A trough of low pressure will approach the marine district from the
west on Wednesday. Strong to gale force southeasterlies will spread
over gulf and southern waters Wednesday ahead of this trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port and Southwest Coast.
