By 3:00 a.m. NDT Saturday dissipating low 975 mb located near
Lake Melville.
At 10:00 a.m. NDT today intensifying low 992 mb located south of
the Grand Banks.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Saturday low 960 mb located over southeastern
Labrador Sea.

Issued 9:48 AM NDT 11 October 2024 A series of intense low pressure systems over the Labrador Sea willcause strong to gale force northwest to southwesterlies to develop
across western waters today and spread across most of the remainder
of the marine district on Saturday.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf waters, Southwest Coast, South Coast, Funk Island Bank, and the
Grand Banks.
