At 10:00 a.m. NST today trough located on a line northwest-southeast
over Nova Scotia.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Monday trough located on a line east-west over
Belle Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:36 AM NST 17 January 2021 A trough of low pressure will approach from the west today. Strong to
gale force southeasterlies will develop ahead of this trough and
diminish to strong southwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf waters, Southwest Coast, South Coast, and Southwestern Grand
Banks.
