Issued 10:00 AM NDT 6 September 2026 Today Tonight and Monday At 10:00 a.m. NDT today low 996 mb located over Banquereau.
By 10:00 a.m. NDT Monday low 999 mb located over southern
Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:55 AM NDT 6 September 2026 A low pressure system over Banquereau will remain nearly stationary
today before tracking northeastward across Newfoundland on Monday.
Strong to gale force southeasterlies to northeasterlies are expected
to continue across most waters as a result.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle, Northeast Gulf, Belle Isle Bank,
and the Southern Grand Banks.
