By 3:00 a.m. NDT Thursday departing ridge located east of the
Grand Banks.

Issued 2:58 AM NDT 9 October 2024 A trough of low pressure will approach the marine district from thewest this morning. Strong to gale force southeasterlies will spread
over all waters ahead of the trough as it crosses the marine
district.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Gulf - Port au Port, Southwest Coast, Belle Isle Bank - northeastern
half, and Funk Island Bank.
