Issued 2:56 AM NST 1 December 2023 A low pressure system located over Central Quebec will track eastwardto lie over the Belle Isle Bank tonight. Strong southeasterlies will
develop ahead of the low then increase to strong to gale force
southwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect
