By 10:00 a.m. NST Tuesday quasi-stationary low 974 mb located over
northern Labrador.

Issued 9:54 AM NST 17 November 2025 An intense low pressure system just north of Prince Edward Islandwill move to lie over Northern Labrador tonight where it linger for
the next couple of days as it slowly weakens. Gale force east to
southeasterlies ahead of this system will shift to strong to gale
force south to southwesterlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
