Issued 2:56 AM NDT 23 May 2026 A low pressure system south of Greenland will remain nearlystationary throughout the forecast period. Strong to gale force
westerlies to northwesterlies will diminish from west to east today
as the low slowly begins to pull away.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle
Bank, and Funk Island Bank.
