Issued 8:00 PM NDT 11 April 2021 Tonight and Monday At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight low 999 mb located east of Cape Breton
Island.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT Monday low 996 mb located south of the Grand Banks.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located over
northern Labrador Sea.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:40 PM NDT 11 April 2021 A low pressure system east of Cape Breton Island will slowly drift
south of the Grand Banks on Monday. Meanwhile, a ridge of high
pressure will remain nearly stationary over the Labrador Sea. Strong
to gale force east to northeasterly winds will persist over most
waters between the interaction of these two features.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except the South Coast, East Coast Cape St. Francis and south,
Belle Isle Bank, and the Southern Grand Banks.
