Issued 3:00 AM NDT 14 May 2025 Today Tonight and Thursday At 3:00 a.m. NDT today quasi-stationary low 992 mb located northeast
of the Marine District.

At 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight approaching trough located over Labrador.

At 3:00 a.m. NDT today ridge located south of Nova Scotia.
By 8:00 p.m. NDT tonight departing ridge located south of Nova
Scotia.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:58 AM NDT 14 May 2025 A low pressure system northeast of the marine district will stay
nearly stationary today while gradually weakening. Strong to gale
force northwesterlies over northern waters will slowly diminish as
the low weakens.

A trough of low pressure is expected to approach from Labrador
tonight and will cross northern waters on Thursday morning. Strong to
gale force northwesterlies are expected behind the trough on
Thursday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and Funk Island Bank.
