Marine Weather StatementIssued 2:56 AM NDT 10 April 2020 A low pressure center over Maine will slowly track northeastward to
lie over the Gulf of St. Lawrence by this evening where it will
remain nearly stationary and dissipate. An associated trough will
sweep across the marine district today and tonight. Gale to storm
force easterly winds will spread across all waters today ahead of the
trough and shift to strong to gale force south to southwesterlies in
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
Gulf waters, Southwest Coast, South Coast, Northeast Coast, and
Southwestern Grand Banks. Gale warnings are in effect for all
