Issued 8:00 PM NST 27 November 2022 Tonight and Monday At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight low 976 mb located southeast of the
Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday departing low 978 mb located east of the
Marine District.

At 3:00 a.m. NST Monday low 988 mb located southwest of the
Maritimes.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Monday low 982 mb located over the Burin Peninsula.

At 8:00 p.m. NST tonight ridge located on a line north-south over
the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
By 8:00 p.m. NST Monday departing ridge located east of the Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:52 PM NST 27 November 2022 An intense low pressure system southeast of the Grand Banks will
continue to track eastward away from the marine district tonight.
Strong to gale force easterlies to northeasterlies north of the low
will shift to strong to gale force northwesterlies behind the low.

Another low pressure system will approach from the Maritimes on
Monday. Strong to gale force southeasterlies to southwesterlies are
expected south of the low as it tracks across Southeastern
Newfoundland later in the day.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
South Coast, East Coast - Cape St. Francis and south, Funk Island
Bank, and the Grand Banks.
