Issued 3:00 AM NST 10 November 2024 Today Tonight and Monday At 3:00 a.m. NST today low 977 mb located over the northern
Grand Banks.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday low 968 mb located northeast of Belle
Isle Bank.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line northeast-southwest
over southeastern Labrador.
By 10:00 a.m. NST today departing ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over southeastern Labrador.

At 3:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Great Lakes.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Monday ridge located on a line north-south over
the Maritimes.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:56 AM NST 10 November 2024 A low pressure system over the Northern Grand Banks will move to lie
northeast of Belle Isle Bank by tonight. Gale to storm force north to
northwesterlies can be expected in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
East Coast, Northeast Coast, Belle Isle Bank, Funk Island Bank, and
Northern Grand Banks - western half. Gale warnings are in effect for
all remaining waters except the Gulf waters.

Marine interests are also advised that large waves and pounding surf
will produce higher than normal water levels along the coast from
Bonavista Bay to Cape Race, especially near high tide this morning.
