Issued 10:00 AM NST 12 November 2019 Today Tonight and Wednesday At 10:00 a.m. NST today quasi-stationary trough located north of
Labrador Sea.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today low 1006 mb located over New England.
By 10:00 a.m. NST Wednesday deepening low 990 mb located over the
Quebec Lower North Shore.

At 10:00 a.m. NST today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Newfoundland.
By 8:00 p.m. NST tonight departing ridge located on a line east-west
over Belle Isle Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:50 AM NST 12 November 2019 A weakening trough of low pressure north of the Labrador Sea will
cause strong to gale force westerlies to persist over the Belle Isle
Bank into this afternoon.

A low pressure system approaching from the southwest today will move
to lie over the Quebec Lower North Shore by Wednesday morning.
Strong to gale force east to northeasterly winds will develop today
over Gulf waters ahead of the low. Otherwise, strong to gale force
southerly winds will develop over southern waters this afternoon and
spread elsewhere throughout the forecast period. Winds will begin to
shift to gale force west to southwesterlies over the Gulf waters late
on Wednesday in the wake of the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters.
