Wind light increasing to southeasterly 15 to 25 knots early this morning and to southeasterly 25 to 35 late this morning except south 50 near the coast overnight and Tuesday morning. Wind becoming southwest 30 to 40 near noon Tuesday then increasing to west 40 to 50 Tuesday evening.

Snow beginning early this morning with a risk of freezing rain late this afternoon changing to periods of rain this evening then to flurries Tuesday evening. Visibility 1 mile or less in precipitation.

Risk of freezing spray this afternoon.

Temperatures minus 5 rising to plus 10 Tuesday afternoon then falling to minus 2 Tuesday evening.
