By 8:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday departing low 986 mb located north of
Newfoundland.

At 5:00 p.m. EDT today ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. EDT Tuesday ridge located on a line northwest-southeast
over Matane.
