By 3:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday weakening trough located from Labrador
to New England.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday low 1011 mb located south of Cape Cod.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday low 1008 mb located near Browns Bank.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight quasi-stationary ridge located over the
southeastern Marine District.
