Issued 8:00 PM ADT 13 April 2026 Tonight and Tuesday At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight low 1000 mb located west of Anticosti
Island.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday departing low 1002 mb located over the
Avalon Peninsula.

At 10:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday ridge located west of the Marine District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Tuesday ridge located over the central Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:49 PM ADT 13 April 2026 A low pressure system will cross the northern marine district tonight
and Tuesday morning. Strong to gale force southwesterlies will
diminish to moderate to strong west to northwest winds in the wake of
the low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, East Scotian Slope, and Laurentian
Fan.
