Issued 9:44 AM ADT 28 April 2025 A low pressure system over the Cabot Strait will slowly tracksouthward to lie near Sable Island by this afternoon. Strong
southerlies ahead of the system shift to strong to gale force
northerlies behind it.
Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
Gulf-Magdalen - eastern half.
