District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:47 PM ADT 19 April 2026 A trough of low pressure extending from a low north of Labrador will
track across the marine district tonight and Monday. Strong to gale
southerly winds ahead of the trough shift to strong to gale force
northwesterlies in its wake.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait - northern half and Anticosti - southwestern half.
