Technical Marine Synopsis

Issued 8:00 PM AST 10 December 2024 Tonight and Wednesday At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight dissipating low 1019 mb located southwest
of Nova Scotia.

At 10:00 a.m. AST Wednesday trough located near the Great Lakes.
By 8:00 p.m. AST Wednesday intensifying trough from 992 mb low
located over New England extending southward.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 7:43 PM AST 10 December 2024 An intensifying trough of low pressure will approach the district
from the west on Wednesday. Strong to gale force southerlies will
develop ahead of the trough.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Grand Manan, Lurcher, Browns Bank and Georges Bank.
