At 8:00 p.m. AST tonight trough from low located from Anticosti
Island to East Scotian Slope.
By 3:00 a.m. AST Wednesday trough located from Labrador to the
Grand Banks.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 7:40 PM AST 11 November 2025 A departing low pressure system over Western Labrador, with anintense trough to the south, will continue to track northeasterly as
the intensifying trough pushes eastward over the slope waters this
evening. Gale to storm force southerlies ahead of the trough, with
gale to storm force westerlies briefly developing in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
eastern shore - eastern half, Sable - eastern half, East Scotian
Slope - eastern half, Fourchu, Banquereau - western half and
Laurentian Fan. Gale warnings are in effect for all remaining waters
except Fundy and Grand Manan.
