Marine Weather Statement

Issued 9:47 AM AST 15 February 2026 A weak area of low pressure over Nova Scotia this morning will
intensify as it tracks eastward to lie over the eastern marine
district early Monday morning. Strong to gale force west to
northwesterlies are expected in the wake of this low.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope, Banquereau, and Laurentian Fan.
