Issued 3:30 PM ADT 6 July 2020 Tonight and Tuesday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located on a line northeast-southwest
over New Brunswick.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Tuesday weakening trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over New Brunswick.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today quasi-stationary ridge located from the
Gulf of Maine to Newfoundland.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:04 PM ADT 6 July 2020 At 3 PM ADT tropical storm Edouard was located near latitude 41.5
north and longitude 48.0 west, about 390 nautical miles or 720
kilometres southeast of Cape Race, Newfoundland. Maximum sustained
winds were 40 knots and the central pressure was 1007 MB. The motion
was northeast at 30 knots. This marginal tropical storm is expected
to have minimal impact on Canadian waters as it passes southeast of
the marine district today.
