Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:19 PM ADT 21 April 2025 A low pressure system east of Newfoundland will continue trackingeastward tonight. A ridge of high pressure will approach from the
west moving across the district tonight and Tuesday.
Strong to gale force northwesterlies over eastern waters will
continue to diminish through the night as the low moves eastward and
the ridge approaches.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Laurentian Fan and Cabot Strait.
