Marine Weather StatementIssued 3:23 PM AST 5 December 2021 A small low pressure system north of Sable Island at forecast time
will move east of the marine district tonight. Strong to possibly
gale force winds are expected near the low.
On Monday a low pressure system over the Great Lakes will
Intensify as it tracks into Quebec by Monday evening. Strong to
Gale force southerly winds are expected ahead of the disturbance.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Banquereau and Laurentian Fan. A freezing spray warning
is in effect for Anticosti.
