over the East Coast of Newfoundland.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 2:42 AM NDT 21 May 2022 A low pressure system will skirt the southern edge of the Grand Bankstoday and tonight. Strong to gale force northeasterlies are expected
over the Southern Grand Banks with the low.
An approaching trough of low pressure over Labrador will generate
strong to gale force southwesterlies over the northwestern marine
district this evening.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Belle Isle Bank and the Southern Grand Banks.
