Issued 3:30 PM ADT 24 September 2023 Tonight and Monday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located over the Quebec Lower
North Shore.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight weakening trough located over the Gulf
of St. Lawrence.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today trough located over southern Georges Bank.
By 10:00 a.m. ADT Monday quasi-stationary trough located south of
East Scotian Slope.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today ridge located from New Brunswick to East
Scotian Slope.
By 3:00 a.m. ADT Monday weakening ridge located over the
southeastern Marine District.

weakened and will not pose a threat to Canadian waters. This will be
the final message on Ophelia.
