Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:56 AM ADT 15 July 2026 A trough of low pressure from the Gulf of St. Lawrence to GeorgesBank will track across the region today to lie east of the marine
district overnight. Strong to gale force southerly winds ahead of the
trough will shift to moderate to strong westerlies in its wake.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope - southeastern half, Banquereau - southeastern
half, and Laurentian Fan.
