Marine Weather Statement
Issued 9:51 AM ADT 17 July 2025 A low pressure system over the Great Lakes will intensify as istracks northeastward along the St. Lawrence River tonight to lie over
Labrador on Friday. Strong southerly winds will veer to strong to
gale force westerly winds on Friday in the wake of the system before
diminishing Friday night.
Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for
Anticosti.
