Issued 3:00 AM ADT 7 October 2026 Today Tonight and Thursday At 3:00 a.m. ADT today departing low 978 mb located over Labrador
Sea.

At 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight trough located over Quebec.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT Thursday trough located from Labrador to Nova
Scotia.

At 3:00 a.m. ADT today ridge located southwest of the Marine
District.
By 8:00 p.m. ADT tonight ridge located southeast of the Marine
District.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 2:17 AM ADT 7 October 2026 A low pressure system moving out into the Labrador Sea will continue
to pull away today. Strong to gale force westerlies over northern
waters will gradually diminish this morning.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Cabot Strait - northern half, Gulf - Magdalen - northeastern half and
Anticosti.
