Issued 3:30 PM ADT 19 September 2019 Tonight and Friday At 3:30 p.m. ADT today quasi-stationary ridge located on a line
northeast-southwest over Nova Scotia.

At 3:30 p.m. ADT today Hurricane Humberto 958 mb located at
37.8N 59.7W.
By 3:30 p.m. ADT Friday Post-tropical Storm Humberto 972 mb located
at 42.8N 57.5W.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:31 PM ADT 19 September 2019 Hurricane Humberto is forecast to move northeastward towards the
southeastern marine district today and tonight. On Friday Humberto is
expected to transition to a post-tropical storm as it moves into
Western Laurentian Fan on Friday morning. Gale force northeasterlies
developing across the slope waters today will likely reach storm
force over parts of East Scotian Slope and Laurentian Fan tonight and
Friday as Humberto approaches.

Marine interests are advised that storm warnings are in effect for
East Scotian Slope - eastern half and Laurentian Fan. Gale warnings
are in effect for Georges Bank, West Scotian Slope, Sable - eastern
half, East Scotian Slope - western half, and Banquereau - southern
half.

At 3.00 PM ADT, hurricane Humberto was located near latitude 37.8
north and longitude 59.7 west, about 368 nautical miles south of
Sable Island. Maximum sustained winds are estimated at 95 knots and
central pressure at 958 MB. Humberto is moving north-northeast at 18
knots.
