By 3:30 p.m. NDT Monday low 995 mb located over Funk Island Bank.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:25 PM NDT 28 May 2023 A low pressure system just west of the marine district will cross
Newfoundland tonight to lie over Funk Island Bank on Monday.
Gale force northwesterly to northeasterly winds will develop in the
wake of the low tonight and Monday.

Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Strait of Belle Isle - eastern half, Gulf waters, Northeast Coast,
Belle Isle Bank, and Funk Island Bank - western half.
