Issued 3:24 PM NDT 18 April 2024 A low pressure system over the Northern Grand Banks will continue toretrograde toward the Avalon Peninsula this evening before moving
eastward out to sea on Friday. Strong to gale force northeast to
northwesterlies can be expected to the north and west of the low.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for all
waters except Strait of Belle Isle - western half, Gulf waters, and
Southeastern Grand Banks.
