By 10:00 a.m. NST Tuesday low 988 mb located east of Labrador Sea.

At 3:30 p.m. NST today departing ridge located southeast of the
Grand Banks.

At 3:30 p.m. NST today trough located south of Laurentian Fan.
By 3:00 a.m. NST Tuesday trough located on a line
northeast-southwest over the Grand Banks.

Marine Weather Statement

Issued 3:22 PM NST 2 December 2024 An intense low pressure system over the East Labrador Sea will
continue to drift slowly eastward tonight. Strong to gale force
southwesterlies over northern waters will diminish to moderate to
strong westerlies as the low moves away.

Marine interests are advised that a gale warning is in effect for the
Belle Isle Bank.
