By 3:30 p.m. NDT Sunday departing low 984 mb located east of Belle
Isle Bank.
Marine Weather Statement
Issued 3:21 PM NDT 16 May 2026 A low pressure system over Western Funk Island Bank will move to lieeast of Belle Isle Bank on Sunday. Strong to gale force west to
northwesterlies in the wake of the low will diminish on Sunday as the
low departs.
Marine interests are advised that gale warnings are in effect for
Southwest Coast, South Coast, East Coast, Funk Island Bank -
southeastern half, and the Grand Banks.
