Issued 2:27 AM ADT 19 July 2026 A low pressure system over Northwestern New Brunswick will movenortheastward to lie over Labrador by Monday afternoon. Strong to
gale force south to southeasterlies will veer and diminish over
southern waters to moderate to strong westerlies Sunday night.
Over the Northern Gulf of St. Lawrence waters, winds will be strong
to near gale force westerlies Sunday night and Monday.
Marine interests are advised gale warnings are in effect for
Banquereau, Cabot Strait, Gulf-Magdalen and Anticosti - eastern half.
