Wind veering to northwest 25 to 35 late this afternoon then becoming northwest 25 to 30 Monday morning. Wind diminishing to west 20 Monday evening.

Showers becoming flurries or showers this evening then snow near midnight and ending Monday morning. Fog banks dissipating early this morning. Visibility 1 mile or less in fog banks and in snow.
